We are proud to announce US Blanks has acquired AUSTIN FOAM CORES and will now be supplying EPS blanks cut from BLOCK, in addition to offering our SUPERFUSED MOLDED EPS blanks. Although this foam differs from our molded EPS blanks we feel the acquisition of the company will allow us to offer more options to our customers and expand on our availability of sizes within the EPS product range. We will also continue to produce and develop our molded EPS line as well. Since we are a “blank manufacturer” we feel this takes us one step closer in making US Blanks an “all inclusive” blank supplier.

In this process, we acquired the license for Austin’s exclusive X2 EPS foam, which was specifically formulated for surfboard production. We will be cutting all sizes previously offered by Austin Foam Cores, and will soon offer custom cuts. Density options are either 1.5 lb. or 2.0 lb. Please review the list of currently available stock sizes on our website. Our current equipment allows us to cut blanks up to a maximum of 12′ in length, but with our pending equipment upgrade we will be able to cut blanks up to 18′ long.
